  ADVANCE TICKETS - members may have opportunities to purchase tickets to most shows in advance of the public ticket release. Your chances of being able to purchase a ticket will be increased by being a member of the B.B. King Fan Club, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive tickets, because ticket requests may exceed availability. Membership in the fan club does not guarantee you a ticket, just the opportunity to purchase them while supplies last and is NOT grounds for requesting a refund in membership dues!. Fan Club Presale tickets are sold via the Fan Club website only. Fan Club Presales have nothing to do with any other ticketing site on the internet including Ticketmaster.
  
  All presale and concert dates are subject to change without notice. Please check the fan club website for the most up to date information.
  
  Only one membership is allowed per person. If multiple memberships are found for one person, these memberships will be cancelled without a refund.
  
  Memberships may not be sold and/or transferred. If a member is found to be selling his/her membership, the membership(s) will be cancelled without a refund.
  
  Tickets purchased through the fan club are intended for personal use by the member. The Fan Club strictly prohibits the resale of any tickets obtained through this site for more than the purchase price. If you are found to be or we in good faith believe you are reselling, trading or brokering tickets for profit that you purchased through this site, we may at our sole discretion cancel your fan club membership. We may, at our sole discretion, cancel all or part of your ticket order and all or part of other pending orders in your name and/or put all or part of your orders and all or part of your other pending orders in your name at will-call for pick-up only by you. If we cancel your membership, you will not receive a refund for the membership fee. If we cancel your tickets, a refund of the total face value of the tickets minus a $7 per ticket processing fee will be issued to the card used to place the order. No other service, processing or shipping fees charged at the time of purchase will be refunded. If tickets are placed at will-call, only the person whose name is on the order can pick them up. No will-call name changes will be allowed.
  
  We reserve the right to investigate, cancel, or will call all orders we in good faith suspect to be in violation of this policy.
  
  We reserve the right to cancel all memberships we in good faith suspect to be in violation of this policy.
  
  We are the final authority on the interpretation of the rules in this policy.
  
  Members who join before or during an active ticketing request period will still be eligible to order tickets to the shows featured in that request period if tickets are still available. Once a ticketing request period is no longer active, any members who join the Fan Club will not be eligible to order tickets until the next ticketing request period commences. Membership in the fan club does NOT guarantee you a ticket and is NOT grounds for requesting a refund in membership dues!
• By joining, fan club members will receive  emails updating them on news, tour information and all fan club promotions. Email is the primary source by which we communicate with members and thus any member that does not want to receive email updates must opt-out by contacting the fan club customer service at info@bbkingfanclub.net

How To Join
Please click on the "join" link on the left to join on line. You will receive a confirmation recognizing your date of membership as soon as we receive payment. The sooner you join, the earlier your membership will be dated.

How To Renew
It is the member's responsibility to renew within the given thirty-day grace period. No exceptions will be made after the thirty-day grace period has ended. Memberships are not automatically renewed. The B.B. King  Fan Club does not keep credit card information on file and will not accept requests for automatic annual renewal of memberships.

To renew your membership please login to the fan club website using your username and password and then click on the renew membership link at the top of the home page. The renew membership link will not appear until 30 days before your membership is set to expire.

Legal Policies

Taping
B.B. King does not allow audio taping at his live performances. Those found to be taping a live B.B. King  performance will be ejected from the premises. Selling or commercializing any B.B. King  recording is not authorized and is punishable by law.

All audio and video performances belong to B.B. King and are not available for promotional use without the explicit prior written consent of Lieberman Management. Please read our Bootleg Statement for more information.

Bootleg Statement
A notice to B.B. King's  fans about Bootleg Recordings, Television and Radio Broadcasts:

The proliferation of commercial resale of concert recordings has always been a concern. Commercial bootlegs are not only excessively priced and of inferior quality, but primarily, they are illegal in use. We turn to you to assist us with putting a stop to this illicit use. If you see B.B. King  music being used in a questionable manner, we ask you to notify us by fax. Please provide the date, time, station, program name and song used. And don't forget, the battle against bootleggers is an ongoing one. We still encourage you to fax us the name and locations of any retailers or distributors of bootleg CD's along with the titles and quantities in stock. With your help we can stop the flood of illegal recordings and preserve the integrity of B.B. King's work. We can be reached by fax at 212-688-5824. Thanks.
